Customer Service Nightmare
I never thought I would be doing this but here is my blog. I have a horror story to share about Dell Computers and wonder how many people have experienced poor customer service. Please tell me your stories

This is my first blog so please excuse the overall look. I will post my most recent communications with Dell computers after their technical support gave me directions that lead to the demise of my hardrive and all of its contents. Please feel free to post your story.
